Hit The Reset Button
It was a day for yard work and cleaning:
6:30 a.m.
Coffee,
Weather Channel,
Shower,
Watch Sipping Jetstreams DVD. (amazing!)
9:30 a.m.
Church,
donut shop,
Noon
mow lawn,
Home Depot run,
weed whack side yard,
pull weeds,
edge lawn,
prune roses,
trim hedge,
rake everything
2:45 p.m.
quick lunch (leftover Thai food from Friday),
shower again (I'm filthy),
steel wool bedside table,
yell at my rotten kids (seriously),
polyurethane bedside table
4:30 p.m.
supermarket,
unload groceries,
put away books,
clean kitchen,
clean desk (so purdy now),
put away laundry,
6:15 p.m.
eat dinner,
clean kitchen (again)
6:51 p.m.
I finally can sit and think.
The reset button has been hit, a semblance of order returns.
