.Synopsis...
The swell has increased to 7 to 9 ft with a very short period...generally 7 seconds. This is expected to decrease fairly rapidly late tonight through Wednesday. In the meantime...a small craft advisory is needed over the coastal waters...primarily for the northwest winds of 25-30 knots. Also...a high surf advisory will be needed for tonight since the 7-9 foot swell will appear as surf in a few locations. The winds will diminish Wednesday morning.
