Day At Disney
A day with Hannah at Disneyland and the final roster of fun includes:
+ Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters -- Hannah smokes me 45,000 points to 20,000.
+ Matterhorn Bobsleds -- First time for Hannah and she loves it!
+ Pater Pan's Flight -- C'mon, it's a classic must do.
+ Gadget's Go Coaster -- This Toontown mini ride seems pretty tame to Hannah after the Matterhorn.
+ Chip and Dale's House
+ Mickey Mouse's House (see photo)
+ Minnie Mouse's House
+ Big Thunder Mountain Railroad -- Hannah is totally pumped after this one (another first for her).
+ Lunch at French Market
+ Pirates Of The Caribbean -- We spot three Captain Jack Sparrows.
+ Frontierland Shootin' Exposition -- The rifle is way too big for the Hannanator.
+ Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters -- Sweet revenge! I win this time.
+ Matterhorn Bobsleds -- We make a bet not to scream and Hannah is quiet as a mouse until the end, then lets out a huge whoop.
+ "Year Of A Million Dreams" Parade On Main Street -- With Ice Cream from Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor naturally. Hannah beams and waves throughout.
+ Off To California Adventure
+ Redwood Creek Challenge Trail -- Rope ladders, bear caves, fake redwoods, and lots of fun -- but it makes me glad she's seen the real thing so many times.
+ Sun Wheel -- Storm is moving in and it is way cold as we swing at the top of this huge Ferris Wheel.
+ Slice of Pizza at Pizza Oom Mow Mow
+ Soarin' Over California -- Hannah is getting pretty tired (and so am I) as the sun goes down, the wind picks up, and the temperature drops. But this eye-popper perennial fav revs her up one last time.
+ The Ride Home -- Hannah tells me about five times what a great day she had, then curls up in the front seat and goes to sleep. It was a really great day.
