Surfexpo.com Wins SISO "Best Show Web Site" Award

If you asked me last week what SISO was, I wouldn't have had a clue. SISO, it turns out, stands for "Society Of Independent Show Organizers" and is basically the trade association for trade shows. I guess the organization is a moderately big deal in trade-show management circles.

Well, I won't forget them soon now. surfexpo.com won not one, but two 2008 SISO Web Awards. The first, for "Best Ease Of Navigation Use" was nice.

But then I got word late yesterday that we had also won the top award, the one for "Best Show Web Site." Woot! Woot! That's the big one! (Heck, we even beat out our wunderkind sister company ad:tech, last year's winner.)

So I'm pretty happy about all this.
