Children's Pool to Del Dios Highway
Ride the rockies is fast approaching and by all account this is the toughest course in its 25 years history. What, me worry?
Yeah, I'm starting to fret a little and I still need to ramp up the miles and intensity. Today was a step in the right direction: 73.65 miles, 3,700 feet of climbing, and a gorgeous day to boot.
